We are now providing training to Law Enforcement agencies and private security organizations. Our staff of experienced instructors have a wide variety of experience in military special operations and law enforcement. Our ILETSB certified instructors have conducted operations in the field and combat conditions and will bring their knowledge and experience to your department.

Law Enforcement training

Hazmat (First Responder) Awareness is a course designed for all emergency responders who may respond to potential hazardous materials emergencies. The course includes hazard recognition and instruction on using the DOT Emergency Response Guide Book.

Basic Concepts of terror helps responders recognize and understand acts of Terrorism, both domestic and international. It will provide responders with basic knowledge on implementing self-protective measures, scene security, and tactical considerations when dealing with terrorism. Explosives, chemical, radiological, and etiological types of harm shall be discussed. This class will also give the responders an overview of the incident command structure and their role within a mass casualty disaster involving a multi-jurisdiction command system

Hazardous Materials Awareness and Basic Concepts of Terrorism

“Ops for Cops” is a 40 hour program designed to allow Law Enforcement Officers to conduct operations in a contaminated environment while wearing various types of hazardous materials PPE, from standard Level C and B ensembles to Hammer Suits and JSLIST types of garments while conducting basic tactical operations. Prerequisite is Hazmat First Responder Awareness certification.

This class has been taught to the Chicago Police Department SWAT and Critical Incident Response Teams and validated through practical use. This will allow the conduct of operations from hazmat incidents to clandestine labs and WMD incidents.

Students must have a valid department physical  and current fit test for their respiratory equipment.

Maximum class size is 24 students.

Hazardous Materials First Responder  Operations for Law Enforcement

 This is an awareness level course designed to provide basic instruction in weapons of mass destruction with a focus on explosives and incendiary devices as terrorist weapons. The course includes classroom presentations that address potential terrorist targets in U.S. communities, common military and commercial explosives, improvised explosive devices, and response procedures that support safe and effective operations during bomb incidents.

Incident Response to Terror Bombings

While most Tactical Medic classes are focused on SWAT operations, our class is focused on training you to be the Team medic. This 5 day class will teach Basic Trauma Life Support, Medicine in Austere Conditions and Tactical Combat Casualty Care. We teach more than just trauma care, you’ll learn to also take care of other injuries, medical conditions and conduct and treat sick call problems while in the field.

Participants must be licensed EMT-B or P, RN, PA, or MD/DO in good standing.
